Cancellation and rescheduling terms are communicated during the booking process and may depend on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

Party Partners provides atmosphere and crowd support services only. Responsibility for venue safety, permits, and event management remains with the event organizer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
